Kin is a qualified accountant, FCCA, and holds a BA degree in economics and Master's degree in financial managerial controls from Leicester University and Southampton University in the UK, respectively.

He has 8 years of experience in fund management with listed and private equity companies with exposure in various financial instruments like convertible securities, fixed income products, stocks, options, futures, structured products as well as real estate. Before joining Amicorp in February of 2006, he was Financial Controller of a Hong Kong company with operations in Hong Kong, China and Germany and actively involved in the public listing of the company on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
